This locomotive was built in 1904 for the Mendip Granite and Asphalt Company to 2' gauge. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe body is scaled to 1:43.5, with CAD created using original drawings from the Peckett and Sons archive. There is a housing inside the smokebox for placing the speaker unit found in the saddle of the Bachmann model (but this will need fix-wiring to the pcb). The saddle is a separate component to ensure the best possible finish in production.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe highly detalied backhead includes full representation of the manifold and pipework, including steam feed to the whistle and steam break exhaust. The gauge glasses are in clear resin, and lamps are also included to fit if desired. To produce a full bufferbeam, replacement NEM coupling arms are provided, into which the Bachamnn couplings can be fitted.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003eThis is a beginner's kit, with three large components including the saddle and separate cab interior and also includes a selection of detailing components with which to personalise the model.
