Our first range of ready-to-run 009 coaches carries an attractive gold-lined brown and cream livery. This livery is typical of those carried by narrow gauge railways in the late 1800s. Door handles are picked out in brass, with drop windows in Indian red. Compartments also carry class designations.
The range includes three 4 wheel coaches and 2 bogies coaches. These can be mix and matched to represent a railway whose stock has developed over time, such as the Ffestiniog Railway. The 4-wheel coaches are based on the Glyn Valley Tramway vehicles and includes:

GR500FD - 4 Wheel Coach - With two THIRD  compartments
GR520FD - 4 Wheel Open Coach - with two THIRD compartments
GR520FD - 4 Wheel Brake Coach - with GUARD compartment

The bogie coaches are based on the vehicles made for the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway and includes:

GR400FD - Bogie Composite Coach - with four THIRD and two FIRST class compartments
GR420FD - Bogie Brake End Coach - with three THIRD and two FIRST class compartments

The models have been exclusively made for us by PECO. The four wheel coaches are based on their popular Glyn Valley Tramway vehicles, and the bogie coaches their Lynton and Barnstaple stock. All stock have NEM couplings utilising the GR-502 coupling, and are compatible with all Fourdees Limited models.
