More Stock Updates
The restocks continued over the weekend, with our complete range of Talyllyn Railway bogie coaches now back on both our website and the eBay store. Due to the economies of production and boxing, our carriage sets are always offered in pairs. We do our best to create these sets to ensure there is something to suit all modellers. For example, for those with space at a premium, Carriages 9 and 10 are the shortest in the TR bogie fleet. But if you have a bit more room, Carriages 22 and 23 are the same type of vehicles (an all third and brake end) only longer.
We can customise carriage pairings for particular modelling requirements, typically for a small customisation fee (£5 - £10). This applies to all our carriage sets including our Ffestiniog fleet and freelance Tisdale and Tramway vehicles. Whilst we can also produce carriages individually, it is not cost effective, and results in little saving compared to a set of two.
It has been a while since we produced a new carriage kit, and we welcome suggestions of what you would like to see us make next. Should we look at carriages from a present or historic railway, or perhaps crate a new line of freelance vehilces? We do have some ideas, but we would also love to hear your thoughts...
