Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working dats. Orders are usually dispatched on Mondays and Fridays. If there is any significant disruption to this routine (such as public holidays), this will be notified at the top of the home page.

UK Shipping

Orders shipped within Great Britain are charged at the following rates:

Up to 25g (typically for decals) - £1.80 via Royal Mail First Class Letter

Up to 60g (typically for upgrade kits and statics) - £3.85 via Royal Mail Tracked 24

Over 60g (everything else) - £4.65 via Royal Mail Tracked 24

Due to the Windsor Framework (the post-Brexit agreement with the EU) we are unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland. Currently, the cost of meeting the European GPSR standards is too high, but we will continue to review this on a regular basis if the situation changes.

International Shipping

We ship to the select overseas territories of Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States. Once you reach the checkout stage, and enter your country, you will be advised as to whether we can ship to you.

International orders are shipped at the following rates

Up to 25g (typically for decals) - £4.00 via Royal Mail International Standard

Up to 350g (typically for one large or three small kits) - £20.00 via Royal Mail International Tracked

Over 350g (everything else) - £30.00 via Royal Mail International Tracked

For orders to the USA, we use a DDP carrier, and will collect any Tariffs associated with your order at the checkout stage.

Due to the European GPSR standard, we unable able to ship to any nation in which this legislation is in force. We will continue to review this on a regular basis to see if the situation changes.
