Returns Policy
This relates to all purchases made via the Fourdees Shop at www.fourdees.co.uk. Please refer to eBay store policies for terms and conditions regarding purchases made via the Fourdees eBay store. Customised orders placed directly with Fourdees Limited (and arranged via email) are also not covered by this policy.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Gift Cards must be unused with their original purchase balance. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us (via email at shop@fourdees.co.uk) immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please supply photograph(s) of any damage to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised products that cannot be re-sold (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Sky Marmot Limited can be used as full or part payment for any items on the Fourdees Limited webshop (www.fourdees.co.uk)
Gift Cards cannot be used against purchases from the Fourdees Limited eBay store.
When making a purchase on the store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.
The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.
No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the gift card, but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
A gift card is for personal use only and it may not be used for commercial purposes (including but not limited to resale) without Waterstones prior written consent.
Gift cards may be used for payment of goods of a higher price than the current gift card balance, on payment of the difference. Over payments, where goods are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price, will be added to the balance of the gift card.
If a Gift Card is not used for a period of 2 years from date of purchase (or date of last card transaction, if later), it will automatically expire and any remaining balance will be deducted.
If a Euro Gift Card is not used for a period of 5 years from date of purchase (or date of last card transaction, if later), it will automatically expire and any remaining balance will be deducted.
Fourdees Limited cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards or any credit amounts on such gift cards. Sky Marmot Limited reserves the right to issue another gift card for the unspent balance of an original gift card at its discretion on production of your original receipt, but Sky Marmot Limited is not responsible for funds used without your knowledge.
Sky Marmot Limited reserves the right to add to or waive these terms and conditions on reasonable notice for legal, security or regulatory reasons or to discontinue the gift card scheme at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Customers will be notified in advance via in-store displays in the event of any such change.
