These locomotives are based on prototypes built by Peckett and Sons, Bristol. There are both prototypical and freelance creations, both large and small, found on railways at home and overseas. The company was known for producing elegant saddle-tanks, but side-tank and tender locomotives were also made on request, with all such designs featured here.
