These models are all designed to be powered using a RAPIDO TRAINS Sirdar Chassis. These mechanisms are available separately, and require little or no modification to fit the kits below.

Given the Sirdar chassis carries distinctive features of Kerr-Stuart locomotives (such as the single slidebar), the models inspired by this manufacturer feature prominantly. That said, we have created a distinctive range including saddle-tank, box-tank, pannier-tank and tender locomotives. There are also three models inspired by machines from other UK manufacturers.
