Gift Card Return policy
In accordance with statutary guidelines, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your gift card to request a cancellation. The gift card must be unused and maintain its original purchase balance. For full details please see our returns policy.
Gift Card Usage Terms and Conditions
Gift cards issued by Sky Marmot Limited can be used as full or part payment for any items on the Fourdees Limited webshop (www.fourdees.co.uk)
Gift Cards cannot be used against purchases from the Fourdees Limited eBay store.
When making a purchase on the store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.
The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.
No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the gift card, but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
A gift card is for personal use only and it may not be used for commercial purposes (including but not limited to resale) without Waterstones prior written consent.
Gift cards may be used for payment of goods of a higher price than the current gift card balance, on payment of the difference. Over payments, where goods are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price, will be added to the balance of the gift card.
If a Gift Card is not used for a period of 2 years from date of purchase (or date of last card transaction, if later), it will automatically expire and any remaining balance will be deducted.
Fourdees Limited cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards or any credit amonts on such gift cards. Sky Marmot Limited reserves the right to issue another gift card for the unspent balance of an original gift card at its discretion on production of your original receipt, but Sky Marmot Limited is not responsible for funds used without your
knowledge.
Sky Marmot Limited reserves the right to add to or waive these terms and conditions on reasonable notice for legal, security or regulatory reasons or to discontinue the gift card scheme at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Customers will be notified in advance via in-store displays in the event of any such change.
Shipping and Checking the Balance
All gift cards are digital only, and you will be given access to its unique code after purchase. This code can be used at the checkout stage for subsequent purchased on www.fourdees.co.uk
Gift cards can be purchased for your own use (select 'My email') or for someone else (select 'Recipient's Email).
The balance can be checked at any time by clicking the link on your gift card email receipt.
